Qualifications
Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, a Bachelor of Naturopathy, and 20 years of experience working as a health professional with diverse experience with different client groups in that time. In the last 10 years she has focused her niche and expertise in the areas of reproductive health, hormonal health, women’s health, pregnancy care, mother care and perimenopause.
Elizabeth has lectured at tertiary level and is available for lectures and workshops on the topics of self-care, burnout prevention, women’s health and hormones, breastfeeding and the microbiome, fertility and conception, pregnancy and postpartum.
