Perfectionism, Over-commitment and the High Achiever
I was a baby when I stepped out into the world of physiotherapy in 2007. I was young, excited, with a spring in my step and an unshakeable confidence; determined to get that first job as a physiotherapist and succeed. I didn’t realise it at the time, but I was a perfectionist.
