Elizabeth Santos is a Naturopath, Physiotherapist, Author & Mumma to an 8 yr old boy, and a 1.5 year old girl. She has a special interest in Women’s Health and Hormones, Maternity Health Care, Self-Care, Mindfulness and Natural Health. She graduated from the University of South Australia in 2006 and has worked as a physiotherapist across a range of clinical areas, with the bulk of her recent work (and passion) being private practice/ musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She is also on the University of Adelaide Physiotherapy Advisory Board and an active member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association.
