I feel so blessed to have been part of a beautiful, gentle and nurturing event for women called ‘The Australian Breastfeeding Project: Feed the Change’. This project is still ongoing around the country with all pics taken by the gorgeous and insanely talented Sarah from Sarah Anne Birth Photography. Baby Leonardo and I are featured standing on the far left here.
This project is all about normalising breastfeeding in public and shining a light on the unecessary stigma that surrounds it. What an amazing way to celebrate the power of the boob!
Breastfeeding is a beautiful thing indeed and I feel so grateful to be helping to share this empowering message.
Every time I feed Leonardo I feel such a beautiful mother-baby bond, and so much joy and satisfaction knowing that he is receiving all the nutrients he needs.
It’s a perfect arrangement. Mother nature has it all worked out!
Don’t be shy – embrace your mama powers and feed that hungry babe no matter where you are! The beach, the cafe, the back seat of the car – you soon discover that anything goes!
